Goal Statement
This educational activity aims to improve pharmacists' knowledge and competence in identifying and managing TRAEs associated with antibody-drug conjugate therapies in solid tumors.

Target Audience
This activity is intended for oncology/hematology pharmacists and other clinical practice stakeholders caring for patients with solid tumor cancers.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss how structural, mechanistic, and unique characteristics, including the “bystander effect,” of antibody-drug conjugates contribute to differing toxicities and adverse event profiles

  • Identify and manage toxicities associated with ADCs, applying strategies to mitigate these adverse events effectively

  • Apply evidence-based communication and shared decision-making strategies when tailoring individuals' treatment plans
